For the last two inspired weeks, I've been stealing time here and there to get this site up and running, but today I decided to devote my whole day to it. I'm so excited to be launching this blog on a new platform and under its new name Bed to Table. You can visit my About page to learn more about what moves me to write and what the name means to me.
I have so many beautiful experiences to write about soon and can't wait to start sharing them. A day spent making baklava with my childhood friends, Mother's Day dinner hosting my family, a one-off cooking class I'm taking tomorrow at the Institute of Culinary Education, and Brooklyn Grange farm season starting back up this weekend.
